We at North Presbyterian Church are called by God to celebrate God’s marvelous love in Christ Jesus.  We are called to be part of the body of Christ in this community.

1) We are called to be a church or a community of believers centered in but not restricted to our St. Clair neighborhood of Cleveland, Ohio.
2) We have been given the gift by God of serving and being served by particularly hurting people.  We are the homeless, those who are experiencing mental illness, those struggling with addictions, single people struggling to raise children, and young people trying to find their way in a culture of violence and self centeredness.
3) We are committed to biblical justice and to sharing the good news of God’s love in Christ. In the reign of God there is no room for any type of violence, oppression, division, or greed. We are called to say NO to these false values.
4) Reconciliation is a part of God’s call to be a community of Faith. At North Church we as a congregation are made up of people from many backgrounds, racial and economic. In a society that divides us and marginalizes those who are poor and powerless, we as a church seek to be sign of reign of God where all are invited to Christ’s table.
